Leveraging HR tech, data and business intelligence to continuously boost HR performance, drive organizational efficiency, enhance informed decision making and increase overall employee experience is critical to CHANDON current and future ambitious growth.
As Global HR Digital & Data Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the HR technology projects ensuring seamless integration, compliance and optimization of HRIS at global scale. You manage HR data collection and analysis to provide actionable insights. You partner with both HR and Finance team to prepare HR budgeting and forecasting and monitor HR spendings. You lead LVMH/Moët Hennessy annual HR reports campaigns and CSR reportings. Additionally, you drive continuous improvement in HR processes and support strategic HR initiatives.
You are part of CHANDON Global HR team based in Paris, reporting into the Global HRD. You work in very close conjunction with CHANDON HR community located on four continents. You collaborate with CHANDON Global Finance, Business development, Sustainability teams. Your work will have visibility throughout the organization and you will interact with senior executives. Your role also involve a strong partnership with Moët Hennessy Global HR teams, in particular the systems and analytics team.
Job responsibilities
HR Technology
- Lead HR technology projects across CHANDON’s 6 wineries from initiation to rollout. Implement the LVMH/MH HRIS roadmap within the CHANDON ecosystem by assessing needs and priorities. Support local HR champions in deploying new solutions, upgrades and integrations, lead change management, ensure post go-live support, and oversee system maintenance and optimization.
- Work closely with Wineries IT and HR teams, as well as Moët Hennessy global HRIS teams, to ensure HR systems meet CHANDON’s organizational needs and comply with LVMH/MH standards and local regulations.
- Provide HRIS user support and continuously identify relevant HR technology solutions to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Data Management & Analytics
- Oversee HR data collection, quality, security and analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Define and implement CHANDON data policies, standardize HR processes across 4 continents, manage data access rights, and conduct regular data audits.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs related to performance, costs and organizational health.
- Analyze HR and business data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- In collaboration with Finance, contribute to HR budget preparation and forecasting.
- Monitor HR expenses, ensure budget compliance, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Reporting
- Ensure delivery of CHANDON annual Social and CSR reports by leading reporting campaigns and coordinating with HR teams. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders (LVMH & Moët Hennessy).
- Conduct organizational and workforce audits to identify improvement areas and support performance analysis. Develop reports on social topics (DEI, wellbeing, learning, health & safety) and ensure compliance with HR policies through internal audits.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. Promote best practices in HR technology, data and reporting, monitor new analytics trends, and drive innovation.
- Act as an ambassador of HR digital transformation by strengthening HRIS expertise and data literacy within the CHANDON HR community through training and support.
Strategic Support
- Contribute to HR presentations for top management and support cross-functional HR projects, including strategic HR processes such as talent reviews, organizational reviews and performance management campaigns.
Profile
We would love to get to know you if
… you have the following qualifications
- Master degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR technology and data management, business analytics or project management with a global focus
- Knowledge on Human Resources processes, along with HRIS processes. Ideally, experience with one or more HRMs systems (SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, etc)and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong affinity with data, ability to interprets information (qualitative and quantitative, from varied source), to identify issue and to draw conclusion and to transform it into insights
- Have experience of working with data to build insight and diagnose future HR and organizational risks and opportunities
- Perfect command of PowerPoint and excel skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- French & English fluent (written and spoken)
