Senior/Sales Ambassador - Chaumet Malaysia
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Senior/Sales Ambassador will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.
Job responsibilities
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
- Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high level of product & brand knowledge and customer service.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long term relationships between the brand and customers. This includes to work closely with customers on after service issues.
- Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team.
- Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.
- Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager
Profile
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from luxury jewelry industry
- Sales and resulted-oriented
- Excellent customer servicing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Self-motivated, team player and a positive thinker
- High levels of integrity with good ethics and values
