We invite knowledgeable, charming, passionate and committed candidates who possess excellent communication skills and fulfill below requirements to join our growing team;

• College level education in catering (foundation or Bachelors Degree).
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a luxury resort/hotel.
• Highly knowledgeable in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. 
• Knowledgeable about the overall organisation of a professional kitchen.
• Exceptional knowledge of the culinary process and techniques of international cuisine.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
• Exceptional awareness of brand and industry standards.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to respond to different situations with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations; especially culinary operation.
• Ability to present yourself with confidence, displaying strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
