Job responsibilities
At Cheval Blanc Spa, relaxation is reinvented within an island dedicated entirely to well being and serenity. As Spa Attendant, you contribute to creating a refined and harmonious environment where every detail reflects the standards of the Maison and the rituals imagined by Guerlain. You orchestrate the preparation and presentation of spa facilities with care, ensuring each space remains immaculate, welcoming, and ready to receive guests. In close collaboration with Spa Therapists and Reception Ambassadeurs, you support the smooth flow of treatments and daily operations with discretion and anticipation. Through attentiveness, precision, and genuine kindness, you help create a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for every guest.
Profile
Experience
Previous experience in spa, housekeeping, or luxury hospitality operations
Familiarity with wellness or guest service environments
Exposure to high standard cleanliness and hygiene practices
Hard skills
Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and spa preparation procedures
Ability to maintain spa facilities and replenish operational supplies efficiently
Understanding of safety standards and equipment care
Soft skills
– Calm, attentive, and service oriented
– Well organized with strong attention to detail
– Discreet and supportive within a team environment
– Warm, courteous, and committed to guest comfort
