Job responsibilities

A New Challenge...

Become a Reservations Agent at Cheval Blanc, where you will shape the experience of our guests by surprising them, anticipating their needs, and offering them bespoke service. You will assist the Reservations Manager by guaranteeing the reliability and quality of our services. 
Behind the scenes, you will ensure the rigorous management of reservations, adhering to Cheval Blanc's quality standards and ensuring perfect coordination between the different departments of the Maison. 
You will have a perfect knowledge of our rooms and services, and you will know how to showcase them to create unforgettable stays while optimizing the occupancy of our establishment. 
Your ability to be confidential and discreet will allow you to maintain excellent relationships with our guests. 
You will pay particular attention to the administrative management of reservations, ensuring meticulous monitoring of each stage, from invoicing to the deposit of down payments, to guarantee an excellent experience.

Profile

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
Experience in luxury hotels and resort operations
2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent in a similar establishment

Hard skills

– Proficient computer skills with knowledge of software's such as Opera, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
– Fluent in English
– Mastery of a second language is appreciated
