In close collaboration with the Restaurant leadership, you contribute to a seamless service where creativity, exclusive privacy, craftsmanship, and genuine kindness shape every interaction. Each service reflects flair, respect, pride, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring memorable culinary moments for our guests. Through anticipation, refined presentation, and attentive care, you enhance the rhythm of service while maintaining constant excellence, whether in the most dynamic or intimate settings. Your presence, knowledge, and teamwork support a dining experience defined by harmony and distinction.
Profile

Experience
Previous experience in luxury or fine dining service
Exposure to high standard restaurant operations
Familiarity with multi outlet or resort environments
Hard skills
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and menu contents
Ability to coordinate with Culinary and service teams to ensure precise timing
Solid understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
Soft skills
- Naturally gracious, attentive, and guest focused
- Strong team spirit with a collaborative mindset
- Composed and consistent in both high and low service volumes
- Passionate about food, beverage, and creating meaningful guest connections
