We are looking for our future CRM & Promotions Assistant intern!
 

Position objectives:

Assist the CRM & Promotion manager and his team. Contribute to ensuring the proper implementation of marketing campaigns in the commercial calendar (promotional and thematic) and customer CRM campaigns
Within the DFS France subsidiary, you will join the Marketing department and the CRM & Promotions department of La Samaritaine.
 

Main missions :

Operational coordination of in-store promotions and CRM campaigns through emails/SMS

Trade marketing - You guarantee good coordination in the implementation of promotions and events:

1. Retail promotions and events:
Contribution to the Marketing communication plan
Participation in the brief with the store operational team
Help coordinate the different players (graphic designers, DTP, digital team, stats team, etc.) to be able to formalize and guarantee the information of your scope
Benchmark monitoring
 

2. Visual signage:
Participate in the creation of signage with the artistic direction team and the visual merchandising team for in-store implementation

3. CRM:
Coordination of emailing/SMS campaigns with our headquarters in Hong Kong and our external service provider (planning monitoring, campaign briefing, creative construction of campaign templates (text and visuals/gif..)…
Participation in the creative and digital team's brief on content needs related to emailing campaigns (brief for shootings, site articles, etc.)

4. Monitoring performance of CRM & Promotions activities:
Help with the monthly consolidation of post-campaign Kpi’s
 Consolidation of the results of the planner and marketing teams after each campaign/activation to provide a 360 vision on promotions, services and loyalty programs.

5. Competitive intelligence:
Monitoring of competitors' actions (customer communication, in-store signage, promotions).
 

Profile :

Bac+4/5 training in commerce and technology around digital communication tools and language.
You ideally have a similar first experience, in CRM or Retail Marketing (knowledge of Department Stores and the world of luxury is a plus!).

You are rigorous, organized and structured

Interpersonal skills :
- Collaborative work in conjunction with several internal and external teams
- You are customer and results oriented
- Good communication skills

Professional skills :
- Fluent French and English
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Appetite for numbers
- Mastery of Office Pack (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe)
