OBJECTIVES

The LVMH Fashion Group in Southeast Asia and Oceania manages a portfolio of Fashion brands and this role will primarily support Givenchy, Kenzo, and Loewe, and will be responsible for ensuring the right products are delivered at the right time to cope with the market needs. He or she is expected to provide timely support to our stores and ensures clear communication is provided to internal departments, as well as to anticipate high volume of operational transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics Operations

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations not limited to invoicing and shipments as well as reverse logistics
  • Track all shipment deliveries and ensure prompt coordination with freight forwarders and warehouse for accurate goods receiving
  • Responsible for CITES and HSA applications and ensuring proper filing of all inventories related documents (shipment pre-alert, CITES, AWB etc)
  • Support stores on repairs and spare parts incoming shipment
  • Prepare invoices for exports, stocks return to vendor, and coordinate with HQ/RHQ for invoices/credit notes issuance and stock adjustment
  • Responsible for data administration of the Point-of-Sales system, and ensure transactions related to stock movement are recorded correctly in the systems and train the teams accordingly
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, address inquiries, provide updates, pre-empt risks, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide support in optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with internal teams for seamless coordination
  • Provide regular updates and feedback regarding logistics scoreboard and KPI (internal Supply Chain dept and external 3PL)
  • Adhere to logistics processes according to the internal control and SOPs, and support any process improvement initiatives
  • Provide routine and ad hoc reports and support retail / supply chain projects as assigned

Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management

  • Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse and stores for stocks allocation from Regional HQ.
  • Conduct monthly review with warehouse for KPI and implement area of improvement.
  • Stock movement reconciliation including daily stock discrepancies, stock take, family sales and month end closing enquiries.
  • Coordinate with different departments and 3PL parties to support retail related activities
  • Manage stock transfers, product recalls, end of season products, family sales, and destruction topics
  • Conduct regular internal/external stock takes for all stores and warehouse, and provide stock take reports
  • Ensure all necessary stock adjustment forms are in place
  • Negotiate on cost for renewal or new set up for ad hoc activities

Freight Forwarding

  • Oversee end-to-end air freight logistics operations, from planning and booking to tracking and delivery, ensuring timely shipment of goods
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and work closely with brokers for smooth clearance
  • Track and evaluate air freight performance metrics, generating insights for operational improvements
  • Identify and resolve issues in the air freight process, proactively developing contingency plans in partnership with internal teams
  • Negotiate on cost for renewal or new set up for ad hoc activities

Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience working in a customer-centric environment, with a deep understanding of the link between logistics and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong numerical sense and excellent MS Excel skills to provide accurate analysis. Power BI experience is an advantage
  • Good time management and organization skills
