Position

The intern, as part of the Internal Control team, will collaborate in developing the company risk and fraud prevention plan, by designing and implementing dedicated tracking tools, effective to monitor trends and create reports and meaningful insights to Top Management. Furthermore, the Intern will provide support in setting up interactive and effective periodic communications on key risk trends.

The position is based in Rome HQ.

Job responsibilities

  • Learn and understand existing monitored risks and detected fraud schemes and cases to be able to support the enhancement of the creation of tracking tools and effective communications.
  • Support the development of a new digital tool to enable monitoring and reporting on detected cases, losses and impacts, frequencies and other relevant connected KPIS
  • Collaborate to leverage technology, including IA, to create effective communications on preventive measures to be shared with top management and LVMH
  • Assist in the development of systematic analysis on patterns discovered, to enable prevention and anticipation of other risks.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Excellent skills in Excel, basic knowledge of Power BI
  • Curious and with strong analytical skills
  • Practical and proactive attitude
  • Dynamic and flexible mindset

 

 

This six-months internship will start in May 2025.

The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique – a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, Fendi emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style. Called by the legendary five Fendi sisters, the collaboration with the late Karl Lagerfeld began back in 1965 and lasted 54 years. In 1992, Silvia Venturini Fendi seconded him in the Artistic Direction; in 1994, she is given the direction of Accessories and later of Menswear. In 2000, the LVMH group acquires Fendi becoming in 2001 its majority shareholder. Appointed in 2020, Kim Jones held the role of Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear until 2024. Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, fourth generation of the Fendi family, is Artistic Director of Jewellery. Today Fendi is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
