Position
Reporting to the Retail Training Manager Europe, you will lead the sales staff’s performance improvement by a regular presence in the European stores’ network.
Your key responsibilities will be to deliver customer journey training, manage the inductions for new joiners, identify training needs also by coaching the In-Store staff and managers on the job, and provide post training support to improve and enhance the performance of the sales team.
Job responsibilities
- Regularly run training analysis and follow up on completion rate and actual level of preparation of in-store teams
- Plan, schedule and execute training and coaching activities on a regular basis according to the specific needs
- Develop creative and innovative approaches to deliver training programs
- Manage the induction plans and activities for newcomers
- Report on weekly activity
- Liaise with HR, Store Managers in identifying top talents among the client advisors and department managers’ population also advising on development opportunities and plans
- Prepare and adapt training courses and workshops material
- Evaluate training materials and recommend improvement
- Collect attendance lists and track monthly training and coaching history executing corrective actions when needed
- Provide logistics and administrative support to the training department activities
- Monitor the training budget
Profile
- More than 5-years experience on the Retail field or in Retail Training is required
- Passionate about Luxury Retail and Fashion environment
- Excel, PowerPoint functions (Digital & AI knowledge would be a plus)
- Organizational Skills including a detailed-oriented approach
- Willing to learn, discover and challenge yourself through a proactive curiosity and feedback
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity and out of the box thinking
- Fluent in English
- French, Deutsch, Turkish or another languages will be a plus.
