The First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace.
As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.
Project
Based in the HO in Rome, you will have the opportunity to take the lead a key project related to Supply Chain Flow and the value stream mapping project.
Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistic Manager EU&ME, the person will have the responsibility to:
- VSM (value stream mapping) of SC processes:
- Detail mapping of all the recurring process & tasks within the Zone
- Identify opportunities to streamline process and tasks to gain efficiency
- Identify tasks with low value-added and give recommendation on process/steps to improve
- Create new procedures to optimize the SC processes.
- Coordinate with distribution planner to come out with recommendation/improvement for automation/optimization of operative tasks (Set the TSL, Manual Order etc…)
- Work in close cooperation with Supply Chain team to better satisfy Market request
- Supporting and developing Supply Chain Excellence projects
- Support KPI’s follow-up / new KPI’s implementation and the development of dashboards to ease performance tracking
- Monitoring and development of projects related to logistics and sustainability in the zone
Profile
Profile
- 1-year professional experience in the same or similar position, preferably in international luxury retail Company

Master's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (degree in Supply Chain management will be considered a plus)

Good understanding of Supply Chain procedures

Good Excel and Power Point skills (Power BI will be considered a plus)

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to work through stressful and last minutes requests

Fluency in English
