Position
Mission
The position is located in Bagno a Ripoli (Firenze). He/She will join the industrialization team and will optimize CAD patterns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality manufacturing.
Job responsibilities
- Double check the models.
- Checking the bags’s production in order to ensure the correspondence with the models.
- Work with the Modelling Department to ensure the correct development of the prototypes.
- Optimize patterns, construction sequences, and component specifications to reduce cost and improve production efficiency.
- Anticipating and managing production issues, proposing solution when required.
- Act as support for the outsourcing process.
Profile
- At least 4–5 years of experience in modeling or industrialization within the luxury sector.
- Deep knowledge of production workflows (preparing and assembly), materials, reinforcements, adhesives, and hardware.
- Excellent use of CAD (Aimpes is a plus), Stealth and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Familiarity with quality standards and production processes for luxury leather goods.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong flexibility and adaptability.
- Fluent in Italian.
