Position

The Private Client Relations Manager will support the Private Client Relations team in the AMERICAS region with various tasks related to client engagement, event coordination, and strategic initiatives at FENDI. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury client relations, event management, and retail support, contributing to client loyalty and sales growth.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Private Client Relations Support:

  • Assist in compiling retail training materials and communications for stores or Client Advisors.
  • Support the pulling of client reports and basic analysis for client strategy, training, or event invitation needs using CRM tools.
  • Aid in the logistical coordination of personalized client agendas, special hosting, and travel arrangements for fashion shows, high-end selling events or brand activations.
  • Help in the preparation of event recaps, updates and follow-up gestures to clients.
  • Help with the allocation and organization of gifting, communications, and welcome packages for retail activations and on-going client gifting.

 

Retail Events Support:

  • Support the creation and maintenance of the Retail Events calendar.
  • Assist with coordinating logistics for various retail events, including high-end selling events, collection launches, and product activations.
  • Help with the organization of collateral and service needs with external vendors.
  • Support internal communication efforts with departments such as Communications, VM, Merchandising, Supply Chain, CRM, and Retail for event setup and logistics.
  • Assist in the preparation of event guidelines and tools for store rollout.
  • Support the tracking of event sales, costs, and ROI.
  • Assist in the vendor invoice payment process in partnership with the Finance team.
  • Support the liaison with HQ PCR, Events, and Sales & Marketing teams regarding AMERICAS Retail Event ideas and reporting.
  • Assist with inputting event campaigns on the HQ Retail Activations Tool.
  • Help in the preparation of event recaps and updates.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event management and/or client relations experience management. Luxury retail experience preferred
  • Strong desire to learn about our clients and how we serve each of them
  • Creative thinker, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to do necessary research to support new ideas or concepts
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
  • Ability to travel, including internationally.

FENDI recruits and recognizes all types of talent and singularities.

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 - $120,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.

The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique – a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, Fendi emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style. Called by the legendary five Fendi sisters, the collaboration with the late Karl Lagerfeld began back in 1965 and lasted 54 years. Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, fourth generation of the Fendi family, is Artistic Director of Jewellery. Today Fendi is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
