Sample Collection Planning and Control LG – Cover Maternity

Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct and timely delivery for prototypes and sample collections, meticulously monitoring the progress of the process.

Job responsibilities

• Managing the production progress of sample orders launched using the Stealth 3000 management software.
• Assessing progress through daily interaction with internal pattern-making and product development departments.
• Managing progress with finished product suppliers for launched items.
• Interfacing with product development, research, and technical departments for the procurement of materials and accessories.
• Managing requests for materials and accessories from the warehouse, generating picking lists using the Stealth 3000 management software.
• Creating daily/weekly reports on the progress of various collections

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or similar;
• Previous experience in the role is a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and main computer software;
• Knowledge of Stealth 3000 management software is a plus;
• Problem Solving;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a propensity for teamwork;
• Good knowledge of the English language.
