As part of the Marketing Department in a context of business growth and transformation at GUERLAIN, you will participate in the development and day-to-day management of projects in one of the House's areas (Fragrance, Skincare or Cosmetics) or Brand Animation.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to the following missions :

 

- Product development, 360 and coordination with the various departments (art direction, digital, merchandising, etc.)

- Creative thinking, writing and conceptual research (trend studies, material research, moodboards, research into claims, concepts, etc.)

- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of product performance and competition

- Competitor intelligence, identifying consumer needs and future trends (monitoring trend books, fashion shows, etc.).

- Participation in the preparation of strategic presentations: presentations, tool mock-ups, videos, etc.

- Participation in strategic and creative thinking as well as in the development/design of various projects

Profile

As a student with 4 or 5 years' higher education in a business school or university equivalent, you ideally have initial experience of a marketing internship (Development or Operational) in the luxury goods sector (Perfumes & Cosmetics is a plus). Your organizational skills enable you to rigorously manage your priorities and different tasks simultaneously, while remaining proactive and committed. Enthusiastic and inquisitive by nature, you are recognized for your teamwork skills, caring attitude, humility, good interpersonal skills and adaptability. Your intuition and ability to innovate enable you to be at the forefront of creative recommendations and anticipate the emergence of new creative trends. You are fluent in English, have a real appetite for digital subjects and have a perfect command of the Office pack (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

These internships are available from January 2026, for a period of 6 months.

It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
