Role Overview

The Marketing Director, UK is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of all marketing initiatives across Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair, and Ole Henriksen in the UK & Ireland. This role oversees a multi-disciplinary team spanning brand & retail marketing, influencer/PR, and visual merchandising, and plays a critical role in driving brand growth, cultural relevance, and commercial performance.

Reporting into the UK General Manager and partnering closely with global and commercial teams, the Marketing Director will shape best-in-class, culturally resonant campaigns that deliver measurable business impact across all channels and retail partners.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing UK marketing team (approx. 14 people) across brand marketing, influencer/PR, and VM
  • Manage 4 direct reports
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture
  • Act as a key member of the UK leadership team, contributing to overall strategy and decision-making

Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy across all four brands, aligning with global priorities while tailoring to local market opportunities & retailers
  • Act as brand guardian for all brands in the UK, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging  and brand identity
  • Drive disruptive, culturally relevant 360° campaigns that build brand heat, engagement, and conversion
  • Deliver “first-to-market” activations and industry-leading brand moments that reinforce innovation and leadership in beauty

Commercial & Financial Ownership

  • Own and manage the UK marketing budget, optimising investment to drive growth, profitability, and ROI
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to align marketing plans with revenue, distribution, and retail priorities
  • Deliver against ambitious growth targets across all brands and categories
  • Responsible for NPD forecasting & local sampling strategy

Retail & Distribution Expansion

  • Elevate in-store and omnichannel presence through best-in-class VM, in-store marketing activation, and retail media strategies
  • Oversee retail marketing strategy across pure-players, department stores, and high-street beauty retailers

Influencer, PR & Cultural Relevance

  • Oversee influencer and PR strategy and agencies
  • Develop innovative influencer programs and brand experiences (e.g., trips, immersions, partnerships) to drive earned media and cultural impact
  • Ensure brands remain at the forefront of beauty, fashion, and pop culture in the UK
  • Concept and deliver breakthrough experiential activations, pop-ups, and large-scale brand moments

Global Head Office Partnership

  • Partner with Fenty and Ole Henriksen global teams at HQ in San Francisco to ensure UK relevance and needs are taken into consideration across campaigns, launches and product development
  • Drive the UK agenda with the global team to gain sign off on localised initiatives and innovations across retail media, store design and PR

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in senior marketing leadership roles within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact, 360° marketing campaigns at scale
  • Able to ensure marketing effectiveness is measurable and aligned with business objectives
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and delivering ROI
  • Deep understanding of the UK beauty and retail landscape
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communicator and presenter who can articulate complex strategic decisions to all levels of the organisation
