Position

The Sales Associate’s role is to create a good customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service. In addition, he/she has to be a good team player by supporting the retail team in store operation matters and whenever necessary.

 

Key Responsibilities

Meet/Exceed individual and store sales targets

  • Achieve all KPIs and CRM requirements

  • Focus on cross, up-selling and have strong “matchmaking” skills for all product categories

Provide exceptional customer care

  • Drive local clients network growth

  • Recruit and convert prospect clients

  • Build lasting relationships with clients by bonding with them, understanding their desires and providing advice

  • Maintain client books to retain actual clients and detect new potential clients

  • Keep in contact with clients to arrange appointments/share collection information/product arrivals to grow loyalty

Good team management

  • Maintain an open, positive and constructive communication with team members

Provide support in merchandise inventory

  • Keep track of physical inventory of merchandise and inform Store Manager about product replenishment

  • Assist with refilling, unpacking, packing and sorting of stocks

Provide support in visual display of merchandise

  • Maintain visual standards under the direction of VM department

Lead/Provide support in store projects/back office procedures

  • Proficient and accurate use of POS

  • Participate in all inventory, cycle counts and goods receptions

  • Ensure store functional maintenance

  • Respect stockroom guidelines

Be vigilant about store security and loss prevention

  • Prevent, minimize and reduce risk of stock loss or theft occurrence at all times

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience will be an added advantage

  • Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and/or luxury fashion experience will be an added advantage

  • Good understanding of luxury market and practices

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills

  • Good team player

  • Motivated and driven

  • Good customer service and selling skills

  • Good in mix and match on Ready-to-Wear (RTW)

  • Good flair of fashion sense
