Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction Financière de la Samaritaine, vous découvrirez les enjeux de contrôle interne et de la finance au sein de la distribution sélective (retail) de produits de luxe. Ce stage vous permettra d’avoir une vision complète des missions du Contrôle Interne et du fonctionnement d’une Direction Financière. Vous serez en contact quotidien avec les équipes opérationnelles du magasin.

Job responsibilities

Vous assurerez le suivi quotidien des opérations magasin de la Samaritaine en utilisant nos outils informatiques (PowerBI, Excel) et en interagissant avec les équipes de ventes. Vous pourrez présenter le reporting mensuel à la Direction du Magasin.

Vous découvrirez les référentiels de contrôle interne LVMH et vous participerez à la mise à jour et l’harmonisation des procédures opérationnelles magasin en collaboration étroite avec les opérationnels responsables des différents process concernés, (vente, encaissement, service client, opérations, stock & logistique, sécurité,…).

Vous participerez à des contrôles transverses sur les process du back office : audit et testing, restitution au top management.

Dans un environnement qui évolue vite, vous pourrez être force de proposition sur toute autre mission ponctuelle au sein de la Direction Financière, qui pourra nécessiter votre aide (formation notamment).

Profile

Formation supérieure BAC +4/5 spécialité Finance/ Audit, avec idéalement une première expérience en audit et/ou contrôle interne.

Intérêt pour la distribution des produits de luxe dans un environnement retail / grand magasin

Dynamique, curieux, rigoureux, autonome, qui aime le travail en équipe

Solide maîtrise d’Excel, la connaissance de Power BI est un plus.

Anglais courant.

Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche was the first department store in the world. It opened in 1852 in Paris at the instigation of Aristide Boucicaut and his wife Marguerite.
