Reporting to the Omnichannel Performance & Analytics Manager, we are looking for a Business Performance Manager - Digital & Omnichannel to drive the performance of our global online business. You will be pivotal in providing insights and recommendations to optimize our operations and enhance the client experience.
Job responsibilities
Your role will be:
- Become the go-to expert for e-commerce performance, monitoring sales trends and identifying key drivers of success across all global zones.
- Develop and refine sales forecasts, translating them into actionable KPIs that guide our teams and drive business results.
- Take the lead on website optimization, using data-driven insights and A/B testing to improve the customer journey and boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
- Manage our relationships with external agencies, ensuring we are getting the most out of our CRO and tracking tools.
- Design and implement insightful reporting dashboards that provide clear visibility into e-commerce performance.
- Present weekly business performance reviews, sharing your expertise and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Analyze key navigation behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user experience.
- Enhance analyses by integrating customer segmentation insights at both a global level and by country/region.
Profile
What is important for the role:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Performance, or Business Planning, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong business acumen and customer orientation, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
- Passion for the luxury and fashion industry.
