As part of the Treasury and Credit Management team, you will be involved in daily treasury operations, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and credit monitoring. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and supporting internal stakeholders, ensuring the company’s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job responsibilities
Your role will be:
- Generate bank reconciliation statements: Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis to ensure that all transactions are accurately accounted for and match the bank's records.
- Generate and follow up bank receipts: Ensure timely generation and processing of bank receipts, and follow up with clients or departments to resolve any outstanding or delayed payments.
- Follow up on credit ratings through Credit Insurance tools and reports: Monitor and track the company's credit ratings using Credit Insurance tools, ensuring that reports are up-to-date and assessing any potential risks associated with changes in credit status.
- Analyze cash flows: Regularly analyze and assess cash inflows and outflows to ensure adequate liquidity levels, identifying trends and potential cash shortfalls or surpluses for effective cash management.
- Perform daily communication with our banks and with the Holding: Maintain daily communication with banking partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly, while also liaising with the Holding company to report on financial matters or requests
Profile
What is important for the role:
- 5 -6 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in treasury or finance operations.
- Experience using Treasury ERP systems such as Sage XRT or Kyriba to effectively manage cash flows and liquidity.
- Experience working with JDE Oracle or similar accounting ERPs to manage financial data and generate reports.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines during monthly closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to focus on detailed financial data to make informed decisions.
