Position

Il responsabile del reparto taglio ha in carico la gestione del taglio per la prototipia, gli ordini speciali, e la produzione. Gestisce una squadra che taglia a macchina e a fustella e segue vari terzisti. Con una grande conoscenza del pellame, il responsabile del taglio interno è un punto di riferimento tecnico per il mondo della calzatura di Loro Piana.

Job responsibilities

  • Gestire una squadra di 7 artigiani (produttività, assenze, formazioni…)
  • Far rispettare le regole aziendale in termine di sicurezza e di comportamento al lavoro
  • Stabilire le priorità e mantenere le scadenze
  • Garantire il rispetto dei criteri qualità di Loro Piana rispettando gli obbiettivi di consumo
  • Preparare il lavoro per il reparto interno e per i terzisti
  • Seguire e visitare i terzisti per garantire la qualità e le consegne
  • Gestire il parco di macchine da taglio e di fustelle
  • Rispondere alle richieste tecniche dei vari interlocutori (artigiani, terzisti, altri reparti)
  • Interfacciarsi con gli altri reparti di produzione interna per risolvere le problematiche quotidiane
  • Confrontarsi con i selezionatori di pelle e le concerie per migliorare la qualità dei pellami

Profile

  • Esperienza minima di 10 anni in un reparto taglio cui al meno 3 anni in un posto simile
  • Esperienza nel lusso e lavoro su pellame di alta qualità e su pelli pregate
  • Eccellente conoscenza del pellame
  • Conoscenza nell’uso delle macchine di taglio
  • Conoscenza delle diverse fasi della calzatura
  • Capacità a decidere e a prendere le sue responsabilità
  • Buone competenze di comunicazione e di gestione delle persone
  • Propositivo, prende iniziative e cerca sempre il miglioramento
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (Excel, Outlook)
