Position

During this 6-months internship, you will support permanent product demand and allocation activities within the Demand Planning Team for the WW Retail Channel.

Job responsibilities

Particularly, you will be involved in the following activities:

  • Permanent reorder and allocation database maintenance (tracking files)
  • Delivery plan monitoring to promptly identify delays and corrective actions, including update of related files
  • Re-orders creation in ROL
  • Download of pre-defined reports and analysis update (sales monitoring vs target, etc.)
  • Data consolidation from different functions (regional forecast, etc.) and preparation of presentations for management meeting 

Profile

- Master's Degree in Management Engineering or other relevant studies
- Strong analytical skills and propensity for planning and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package, knowledge of B.I./Business Objects considered a plus
- Luxury product sensibility
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Precision, proactivity, flexibility and team working
- Good communication skills 

Additional information

This is a 6-month full time internship starting from May 2025.
