Personalization Specialist (or Manager or Assistant Manager)

Job responsibilities

• Drive and maximize the Personalization business “My Loro Piana” to consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets. • Promote Loro Piana’s Personalization service “My Loro Piana” to meet and exceed evolving customer expectations. • Lead and support in-store events focused on the Personalization service, including event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up to drive customer engagement and business growth. • Work closely with HQ teams to track personalization order status, ensuring timely follow-up and direct coordination on any issues or updates • Influence HQ’s global product and promotional strategies by providing qualitative and quantitative feedback tailored to local market needs • Initiate, develop, and implement new strategies and programs to enhance and grow the Personalization offering. • Collaborate across departments to integrate Personalization into wider brand and ad hoc projects, ensuring smooth execution. • Establish and continuously improve efficient in-house operational workflows for Personalization. • Deliver ongoing training on Personalization to the store network to ensure service consistency and expertise. • Motivate and support the sales team in executing action plans that drive the achievement of KPIs related to Personalization. • Assist the sales team in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized service. • Ensure the highest standard of Personalization service is consistently delivered across all client interactions. • Monitor and analyze competitor activity from both commercial and operational perspectives to identify business opportunities. Represent the brand with a consistently professional image, aligned with Loro Piana standards.

Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or MTM functions. 2. MTM/tailoring skills is a strong plus 3. Strong understanding of the industry with a sharp sense for personalization products. 4. Lifestyle-oriented with excellent clienteling ability. 5. Well-organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working under pressure. 6. Proactive, result-driven, and self-motivated. 7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. 8. Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English, both written and spoken.
