The Private Client Relations Director will lead the Private Client Relations strategy for the North America Region, nurturing and developing relationships with existing VIC clients while developing opportunities to develop new VICs and High Potentials. This position requires close collaboration with our Corporate CRM and Retail team, as well as, our store network.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Corporate Retail team in setting the VIC Target for the region and stores for the year
  • Develop and adapt the VIC strategy for North America to support the achievement of the VIC target
  • Partner closely with each store to develop tailored action plans to achieve their VIC target and KPIs
  • Work with stores to develop action plans for underperforming guests and High Potentials
  • Work closely with the stores to instill a VIC centric mentality and support in proper client treatment and hospitality
  • Identify and select VICs to be targeted for different initiatives (corporate events, opening events, collection celebrations, delighting experiences, …)
  • Manage the organization of all VIC initiatives including events, client experience, hospitality, and logistics
  • Manage the organization of all VIC delighting & gifting experiences
  • Partner with the HQ Private Client Relations Team to validate and execute initiatives

Profile

Education Requirements

  • More than 8 years of work experience
  • Background in luxury or retail preferred
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation

Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $150,000.00 to $165,000.00 USD per year.
