Position

Il Manager di Industrializzazione di Maglieria è responsabile delle attività di industrializzazione, messa in produzione e controllo qualità dei semilavorati e dei prodotti finiti, partecipando ove possibile già nelle fasi di messa a punto campionario, assicurando il rispetto degli standard qualitativi, delle tempistiche di consegna e dei costi di produzione.

Job responsibilities

  • Effettua la messa a punto del prodotto per la produzione, definendone le specifiche e schede tecniche, ottimizzando i costi, nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e degli obiettivi di consegna;
  • Contribuisce agli sdifettamenti del prodotto, in modo da anticipare le problematiche e ricadute nelle fasi di produzione, suggerendo eventuali modifiche tecniche;
  • Verifica e approva i capi master per la produzione sia da produrre esternamente, operando in stretta collaborazione con gli uffici Prodotto e gli stakeholder di riferimento;
  • Collabora con i Tecnici di controllo qualità per la condivisione delle informazioni inerenti la messa a punto e il controllo qualità dei prodotti;
  • Monitora tutte le fasi di produzione e fornisce supporto nella risoluzione delle problematiche incontrate nei diversi momenti del processo produttivo;
  • Mette in atto le azioni correttive necessarie, con il supporto di tutto il team.

Profile

  • Esperienza pluriennale nella maglieria in ruoli analoghi;
  • Conoscenza delle materie prime e delle tecniche di tessitura e confezione;
  • Conoscenza delle fasi di messa a punto del prodotto e di messa in produzione;
  • Attenzione e cura del dettaglio;
  • Apertura all’innovazione;
  • Flessibilità e dinamismo;
  • Capacità di teamworking;
  • Attitudine alla negoziazione e condivisione;

Originally from Trivero in northern Italy, the Loro Piana family began trading wool in the early 1800s. In 1924, Pietro Loro Piana founded Ing. Loro Piana & C., the current company.
