General Purpose of the Position:

The Loro Piana Merchandising team is responsible for the assortment and management of all product in the North American retail network. They work to ensure that stores are supported with the right merchandise at the right time while maintaining the integrity of the Loro Piana seasonal message and brand image. The Merchandising team is tasked with providing analytical selling reports, KPI tracking and key product insights to support leadership in making informed, strategic decisions. The team is focused on maximizing stock, sales and sell-thru.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Running weekly reporting for the corporate and store teams
Ad hoc projects including competitive analysis, buy books & trunkshow support
Fielding store requests and questions to support all selling efforts
Supporting the Merchandising team with corporate presentations and market/campaign activities
Product consolidations, store transfer requests and international transfers
Facilitate Special Orders
Collaborate across Corporate teams

Skills and Abilities required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Detailed oriented, thorough and strives for accuracy
Highly driven, self-motivated & curious
Confident and refined in all forms of communication
Works well cross functionally and team player
Excellent time management and prioritization skills 
Service driven and understands the urgency of stores
Enjoys fashion, working with others and learning in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Compensation

Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary of $20h
