Durante questa esperienza di 6 mesi, opererai all'interno del team Customer Service sito a Quarona.

Job responsibilities

Avrai l'opportunità di sviluppare competenze specifiche nel Servizio Clienti, ti formerai per identificare in modo proattivo e adeguato le richieste dei clienti e ti occuperai di tutte le richieste dei clienti, suggerirai possibili soluzioni, assisterai e li informerai sui prodotti, servizi e politiche di Loro Piana.

Nello specifico, durante questo stage sarai coinvolt* nelle seguenti attività:

  • Gestire le richieste dei clienti
  • Supportare il team durante la gestione di tutti gli ordini
  • Supportare il team durante le operazioni di inserimento dati e archiviazione
  • Occuparti di fatture, dichiarazioni e conferme
  • Supportare il team nelle richieste di rimborsi o scambi da parte dei clienti

 

Profile

  • Laurea in Economia/Marketing/Comunicazione
  • Fluente in italiano e inglese 
  • Forti competenze organizzative e comunicative
  • Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
  • Proattività e capacità di risolvere problemi
  • Eccellente conoscenza di Excel e Power Point
