Senior Marketing Specialist

Position

This is a key role within the Asia Pacific Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and supporting her across projects in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Bangkok, Australia and Taiwan. The Senior Marketing Specialist will act as a bridge between the Marketing department and Retail Store teams, assisting in the planning and execution of initiatives that elevate client experience from a retail perspective. The focus will be on in-store events, retail animations, and trunk shows, creating occasions that engage clients and strengthen their connection with the brand.

Job responsibilities

• Event Leadership & Client Experience The Senior Marketing Specialist will support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning and executing in-store events, retail animations, trunk shows, and pop-ups across Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Bangkok, Australia and Taiwan. This includes developing concepts with HQ, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of events that elevate client engagement and reflect Loro Piana’s brand values.
• Brand Communications & Partnerships The role will assist in managing store-level brand communications, ensuring consistency across collaterals and campaign visual rollouts. A key responsibility will be engaging with landlords to maximize brand visibility through their channels, strengthening retail partnerships and enhancing the brand’s presence in premium retail environments.
• Agency & Project Coordination The Senior Marketing Specialist will liaise with external agencies to deliver event concepts and flawless execution. He/she will manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are aligned with brand standards. This requires the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
• CRM & Retail Collaboration Working closely with CRM and Retail teams, the role will support initiatives that drive new client recruitment and strengthen engagement. This includes identifying partnership opportunities and assisting in the activation of programs that expand the client base across diverse Asia Pacific markets.
• Administrative & Operational Support In addition to marketing responsibilities, this role will handle essential administrative tasks such as invoicing, vendor coordination, and logistics related to events and campaigns. This ensures smooth operations, accurate budget tracking, and efficient resource allocation, supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in delivering projects on time and within scope.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating diverse market cultures and possess exceptional communication skills. This role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and external agencies concurrently, demonstrating a high degree of organizational precision and creative problem-solving. Expertise in event management and a proven track record of delivering elevated client experiences are highly valued.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including exposure to retail marketing and event management. Prior experience within luxury brands or the luxury sector is strongly preferred. Experience across multiple Asia Pacific markets, particularly Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Australia, and Taiwan, is highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage agency relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support senior leadership in executing projects that drive comprehensive brand awareness and client engagement. For candidates with more extensive experience, there is potential for consideration at the Assistant Marketing Manager level.
