Position

Durante questa esperienza di 6 mesi, opererai all'interno del team Trade Marketing sito a Quarona.

Job responsibilities

Nello specifico, durante questo stage sarai coinvolt* nelle seguenti attività:

  • Monitoraggio delle comunicazioni via social e website dei clienti (diretti e indiretti) attraverso l'utilizzo di una piattaforma digitale apposita (AI Based)
  • Verifica della conformità alle linee guida di comunicazione e marketing di Loro Piana e identificazione dei casi critici
  • Formulazione di proposte di modifiche da implementare nel caso di comunicazioni non idonee
  • Comunicazione e coordinamento con il team Trade Marketing e Team Commerciale per notificare ai clienti la necessità di intervento
  • Controllo ricorrente dell’implementazione delle modifiche o assenza di tale da parte dei clienti
  • Preparazione di report periodici di aggiornamento
