Durante questa esperienza farai parte del team di Global Quality, unendosi all'area Method and Analysis, che opera a stretto contatto con il contesto industriale. Avrai l'opportunità di acquisire esperienza pratica e sviluppare competenze chiave per il mantenimento e il miglioramento degli standard qualitativi.

Job responsibilities

In particolare, sarai coinvolt* nelle seguenti attività:

  • Elaborare e affinare gli indicatori di performance Qualità, supportando attivamente nella creazione e nell'ottimizzazione di Dashboard per la consultazione dei KPI
  • Fornire supporto nella redazione, revisione ed efficientamento di Procedure e Istruzioni operative Gestionali o Tecniche relative all'area Qualità
  • Supportare il team nelle analisi di Problem Solving riguardanti deviazioni di processo e nella conseguente definizione di piani di azioni correttive, con l'obiettivo di prevenire le criticità e promuovere il miglioramento continuo
  • Effettuare studi statistici sul processo produttivo per identificare trend e aree di miglioramento

Profile

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o simili
  • Conoscenza dei principali software: ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint). La conoscenza di Power BI, Minitab o altri strumenti di analisi dati/visualizzazione è considerata un plus.
  • Conoscenza teorica/base delle principali tecniche di Six Sigma, analisi dati e problem solving
  • Capacità analitiche e orientamento ai dettagli
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
