Position

Within the Loro Piana store, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the daily management of sales activities and in providing a customer experience aligned with the brand’s values.

This internship represents a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the world of high-end retail, acquiring skills in the luxury sector and developing relational and organizational abilities.

Job responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in the boutique
  • Supporting the sales process and post-sales activities
  • Contributing to maintaining the store’s image according to Loro Piana standards
  • Managing stock, visual merchandising, and back-office tasks
  • Assisting in the preparation and management of in-store events

Profile

  • Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related fields
  • Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
  • Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Availability of working in shifts, including weekends

Originally from Trivero in northern Italy, the Loro Piana family began trading wool in the early 1800s. In 1924, Pietro Loro Piana founded Ing. Loro Piana & C., the current company.
