La risorsa entrerà a fare parte del team Industrial Quality e supporterà la gestione delle attività di qualità dei processi sulla filiera produttiva (interna ed esterna). Parteciperà ai tavoli di problem solving, monitorerà i dati qualità per supportare i fornitori al miglioramento continuo di prodotto e processo, con la possibilità di aggiornare e/o alimentare i fattori di rischio e relativo peso effettivo nella fase di analisi delle collezioni.

Job responsibilities

La risorsa svolgerà varie attività, tra cui:

  • Supportare e gestire le attività di qualità sulla filiera produttiva:
    • Abbattimento delle II scelte
    • Implementazione dei flussi di autocontrollo (data driven)
    • Audit dei processi qualità (es: collaudo)
    • Audit dei processi di manifattura (anche congiunti con le aree tecniche)
  • Partecipazione attiva alle attività di Problem solving
  • Monitoraggio dati qualità e relativo andamento
  • Progetti di miglioramento continuo in produzione
  • Progetti di miglioramento continuo di prodotto anche in fase di analisi dei rischi delle collezioni
  • Supporto nelle attività di analisi dei rischi congiunte con le aree tecniche e la sala prodotto sino alla fase di messa a punto del Go Style.

Profile

  • 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione dei processi di assicurazione qualità in aziende di settore e non (es: farmaceutico, automotive..), focus gestione della qualità dei fornitori
  • Conoscenza dell’intero ciclo di vita del prodotto (compresa la fase di produzione)
  • Ottima conoscenza di strumenti informatici (report, analisi, presentazioni)
  • Conoscenza dell’inglese scritto e parlato, gradito il francese
  • Curiosità e capacità di comunicare a livelli diversi
