Position

Nell'ambito dell'unità produttiva di Roccapietra (VC) la risorsa sarà incaricata di sovrintendere alla produzione durante il proprio turno, per i reparti di carderia e mistatura, assicurando il rispetto del piano di produzione stabilito, dei parametri di qualità ed efficienza.

A tal fine, gestirà il personale e ottimizzerà l'utilizzo degli impianti assegnati, operando in piena conformità con le normative vigenti e gli standard aziendali.

Job responsibilities

  • Gestisce ed opera sui macchinari presenti all'interno dei reparti di Carderia e Mistatura;
  • Coordina e supporta la formazione e crescita delle risorse adibite ai processi di carderia e mistatura;
  • Assicura la rispondenza dei prodotti agli standard qualitativi definiti e gestisce le eventuali “Non Conformità”;
  • Vigila sul rispetto delle procedure aziendali e di legge in relazione agli aspetti di sicurezza, qualità e ambiente;
  • Collabora con il Responsabile del plant per ottimizzare le attività;
  • Gestisce le proprie attività quotidiane nel rispetto delle tempistiche stabilite, garantendo l'efficienza operativa.

  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di filatura cardata (mistatura e carderia) e delle specifiche fibre
  • Competenze Meccaniche approfondite
  • Capacità organizzative e gestionali, in particolare sulla gestione del tempo e delle priorità;
  • Predisposizione al Team Work
