Collection Merchandising Coordinator - WRTW

Position

The RTW Women Collection Merchandising Coordinator supports the Women's Design Team and Product Development department in defining the characteristics of the RTW Women's offer, with particular attention to price lists (prices and margins), ensuring alignment with the brand’s positioning, craftmanship standards and commercial objectives. This role also involves monitoring the collection development (timing, presentations), and acts as a bridge between design, product development, supply chain and retail merchandising teams.

Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with Style, Product, and Retail Merchandising departments throughout the collection development process.
• Perform rigorous data analysis and processing for marketing purposes, including sell-in/sell-out data, offer composition, purchasing trends, and competitive benchmarking.
• Manage the comprehensive development lifecycle of collections, from initial brief drafting to monitoring progress and analyzing sell-in/sell-out data.
• Establish sales price lists based on competitive analysis and projected margins to optimize profitability.
• Handle collection presentations to different stakeholders.
• Support global sales campaigns and regional merchandising needs.

Profile

• Master Degree in Economics, Management or similar.
• At least 5 years of previous experience in the sector.
• Sensitivity to luxury aesthetics and craftsmanship.
• Understanding of RTW product structure.
• Strong analytical mindset (Excel proficiency required).
• Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written (the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus).
• Excellent result oriented, customer focus, integrity, reliability, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving, precision, attention to the details and organizational skills.
• Team working attitude and flexibility.
