Position

The E-Commerce Intern for Loro Piana North America will play a vital role in supporting the success and growth of Loro Piana's online business, with a strong focus on paid media performance and website analytics. This role will assist in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, analyzing website data to identify key trends and opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance e-commerce performance. The E-Commerce Intern will contribute to the creation and management of business-critical e-commerce reporting, maintain and update the E-Commerce Activation Calendar, and support local digital marketing initiatives on Loro Piana's US and Canadian sites. Job responsibilities

Support E-Commerce NA team across key functions but especially Digital Marketing and analytics.

Maintain and organize the E-Commerce NA Activation Calendar for the team

Create trackers for monitoring performance across new product launches and performance marketing campaigns

Spearhead the briefing process for digital campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned and effectively executed.

Support cross-functional collaboration with HQ, creative teams, and external agencies to guarantee seamless project management and the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives.

Create and maintain templates for internal E-Commerce Bulletins

Create and develop a competitive brand monthly e-commerce activation report so the team can understand latest Digital & E-Commerce developments in the industry

Run Ad Hoc Analysis for latest E-Commerce site performance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as needed

Monitor Global, US and Canada site updates and developments and provide feedback to NA and HQ teams on a frequent basis

React to Ad Hoc team and client requests as needed

Profile

Strong understanding of the digital space with respect to e-commerce, user experience, delivery experience, retail trends and digital media 

Affinity for luxury, fashion & leather goods, with the knowledge of recent and longer-term trends in the category 

Experience managing and working with 3rd party digital marketing partners 

Proactive project management skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and drive projects to successful completion. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting skills and ability to present information succinctly to the E-Commerce team 

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to use and prepare reports, presentations and analysis with Excel, Word and Powerpoint 

Strong analytical skills: proficiency in Excel, ability to understand and interpret numerous key performance indicators, deep knowledge of Google Analytics, or other site analytics platforms 

Good understanding of CRM, email and client segmentation analysis 

Positive, collaborative, hands-on and energetic attitude
