Position

As a Team Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand.

  • You will take ownership to lead and coach your team, build Client relationships, proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.
  • You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level.
  • You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes toward Clients and team members.

Job responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of team targets on monthly and annual basis
  • Support team with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs
  • Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations Manage and motivate the team to drive business
  • Achieving individual and collective goals for sales, be responsible for the results of sales in your category
  • Support the team in building long term Client relationship, leveraging the different clienteling tools
  • Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information (animate morning briefings, training)
  • Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation
  • Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team, support them with their own sales, foster cross-selling, upselling and Client repurchase
  • Perform work on receiving, selling products
  • Prepare to sell the products, and particularly to organize the supply of products to the shop floor, to make a full preselling preparation of goods (check the name, quantity, completeness, grade, price, compliance labeling, unpacking, inspection of appearance, etc.)
  • Advise Clients on all matters relating to the Brand, product category, product range, price, consumer properties, the rules of the care provided related services (repair of products)
  • Assist Clients in choosing the product, at the request of the client to bring items of right size, style, color, etc.
  • Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management
  • Support Operations team in inventory management
  • Support Store Manager in staff planning (workforce management)

Profile

Main requirements:

  • Completed Higher Education
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international company within the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry
  • Substantial previous experience in a leadership role
  • Strong command of Polish and English

The successful candidate should possess the following interpersonal skills:

  • Agile personality, dealing with ambiguity
  • Target oriented
  • Fashion driven
  • Passionate about the Brand, leadership and mature approach is a must
