OVERALL, MISSION

Support and contribute to the business growth of Louis Vuitton guaranteeing the accuracy of data and robust ERP system including integrations with various key systems such as POS/.com/OMS/WMS/BI around distribution, in collaboration with all key department managing distribution (Finance Accounting/Supply Chain/Logistics/Digital Retail/National Sales).

Job responsibilities

MAIN JOB Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the SAP Distribution to ensure the successful implementation, configuration and maintain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines and resource allocation considering the dependencies of other project around distribution.
  • Oversee the analysis, discussion with HQ for design and customizations of enhancement to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor system performance with Application Maintenance Support team, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of SAP processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD/MM implementation and support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD and MM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • SAP certification in SD and/or MM modules is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO) and experience with S/4HANA and/or SAP Business Technology Platform is a plus.
  • Business level of speaking/writing/presentation skills both in Japanese and English
  • Work experience in retail industry (direct to customer) and experience to support omni-channel scheme (POS, .com, App, Call center, virtual sales, social media, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English at a business level for reading, writing, and speaking is required
