Responsabile Reparto Orlatura e Taglio Calzature
La risorsa si occuperà della gestione dei processi produttivi di orlatura e avrà la responsabilità della gestione delle risorse delle linee di preparazione e orlatura tomaie, nonché del reparto taglio.
Profile
Requisiti per la posizione:
- ottima conoscenza dei processi preparazione e orlatura;
- capacità tecniche e conoscenza di tutti i macchinari da tomaificio;
- +10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo preferibilmente in contesti strutturati;
- analisi tempi e metodi;
- bilanciamento linea;
- gestione macchine;
- gestione del cambio mix e cambio articoli;
- ottime doti relazionali, organizzative;
- lavoro in team e problem solving;
- predisposizione al cambiamento e al miglioramento continuo;
- Uso pacchetto Office, conoscenza lingua inglese, preferibili.
