Louis Vuitton is seeking a Regional Client Development Manager based out of our Las Vegas regional office. You will lead the efforts of Client Development with the overall objective of strengthening the ability of our store teams to retain and recruit clients through building one on one relationships with clients.

Job responsibilities

The Regional Client Development Manager will direct the client segmentation strategy and implement initiatives at the store level in conjunction with the store management and regional team members.

Overall responsibilities include:

  • Regional Sales Objectives
  • Tailoring overall Client Development strategy to local markets

Profile

We are eager to speak to Client Development professionals with luxury experience or adjacent to luxury retail that can take an active role in the development of Store Managers and leaders across all Client Development competencies. You are analytical and savvy in assessing performance while identifying opportunities to capitalize on client data.

Top candidates will have experience balancing strategic activities across a region/zone in collaboration with multi-level partners to ensure Client Development objectives are integrated into broader regional strategies and event concepts. We seek a skilled, solution-oriented people leader with a passion for client experience and people development, in addition to possessing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and global activations.
