Louis Vuitton's Dallas Metro in Texas is seeking a high caliber, commercially minded Asset Protection Manager with a thorough understanding of high-volume risk management.

 

Job responsibilities

The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for protecting the store company assets and helping the Dallas Metro enforce Asset Protection strategies to combat shrink. You will also enforce policy, procedures and standards set by the store, department and company.  

Additionally, the Asset Protection Manager will lead, manage and develop the store teams to optimize Asset Protection strategies across and between all doors within the territory while continuing to deliver a positive impact on the over business.  

Profile

A successful candidate will have experience working in a luxury or high-end retail environment or have a strong history involving customer service, dealing with Internal Control and Safety awareness.

Skills:

  • 5-8 years Loss Prevention/ Asset Protection/Security Supervision/Management experience
  • Investigation courses (i.e.: Wicklander or Reid interviewing and interrogation)
  • Working knowledge of Security/Loss Prevention affiliated equipment (C.C.T.V. / Alarm systems)
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule
  • Retail experience – ideally in a multi store environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer, systems and reporting skills

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$95,000 - $110,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
