Position

OVERALL, MISSION

  • Achieve a consistent level of Visual Merchandising to convey updated brand message and ensure brand desirability through store window, in-store animations and several creations.
  • Taking decisions for creative and provide right guidance to the stores with commercial agility.
  • Making buzz and train the traffic to store throughout creative way the year to contribute the sales of Louis Vuitton.

Job responsibilities

MAIN JOB Responsibilities

Window creation and installation

  • Manage the show window display creation and rotation process (5 times per year for existing stores and ad hoc basis for pop up stores)
  • Arrange the window kit locally (purchase or rental) in accordance with global instruction to be assembled with main kit provided by central.
  • Involve internal partners such as Store Project Team and Advertising/Edition Team to ensure the project is smoothly completed in time.

 

Pop-Up Stores and Special Pop-Up Events:

  • Planning and Execution: Design and manage the setup of pop-up stores and limited pop-up events, ensuring they reflect the brand's image and meet business objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Handle logistics, including site selection, layout design, and coordination with vendors and contractors. Ensure timely delivery and setup of all necessary materials and products.
  • Customer Experience: Create an engaging and immersive customer experience at instore animation, pop-up, and client events, aligning with the brand's standards and enhancing customer interaction with the products.
  • Creative design and Setup: Plan and manage the design and setup of pop up, pop-in, event spaces within larger stores to show special collections or collaborations. Ensure these spaces are visually appealing and attract customer attention.

 

Reporting

  • Give feedback of all creative project and ensure reporting to Central VM team.
  • Share the creative report(photo) to internally.

(POP UP, POP-IN, Instore animation, Façade, Client Event, etc)

 

Additional Information:

This role demands a high level of dedication and the ability to manage multiple projects. The successful candidate will be expected to work under pressure and deliver results within stringent timelines. Most directives and guidelines will come from HQ, requiring the ability to adapt and implement these directions locally.

 

 

Profile

Key Requirements / QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • Creative work, Production knowledge, Visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion, Fine Arts, or a related field will be plus.
  • Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Rhinoceros or another 3D soft.

*Vector works / Render Works / Key shot / not a must but better to have

  • Excellent project management, Time Management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business English / Japanese
