Position Overview: Join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

We are currently looking for a Training Intern who will support the Training team for the Client Services Europe based in Brussels, reporting to the Learning Manager. The intern will be supporting the department and consequently the performance of our 4 Front Office teams for 15 countries.

This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship Program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next-Gen talent. 

Job responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Client Services staff (organisation, planification, co-animation,...)
  • Assist in creating training materials and resources for use in training sessions, both live and virtually.
  • Assist in animating products for the client advisors to boost the sales (manage orders, animate the products with the collaboration of the product experts,...)
  • Be the back up of our Knowledge coordinator (upload and create content on our Sharepoint and Knowledge tool in collaboration with our Knowledge coordinator)
  • Assist in elaborating action plans based on the Maison’s priorities in collaboration with the other departments.
  • Adapt tools & content according to strategy and priorities.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory.
  • Available for a period of six months.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Canvas, Sharepoint knowledge is a plus).
  • Extensive communication, presentation, and advanced organizational skills; ownership.
  • Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.
  • Proactive and people oriented.
  • Service minded and a team player.
