Public Relations Intern - Fall 2025

Position

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated 2025 Fall Public Relations Intern to become an integral part of our dynamic PR team in New York City. This internship opportunity will focus on supporting various aspects of our public relations efforts, offering exposure to sample trafficking and special ad hoc projects.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the Public Relations team with sample trafficking and logistics, focusing on international shoots within the U.S.
• Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing samples, including Paris loans, using Fashion GPS and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with messenger and courier services to ensure the timely transfer of all samples.
• Generate shipment invoices and manage daily international outbound shipments, maintaining clear communication with headquarters.
• Input new samples into the Fashion GPS database and update reference documents for the team.
• Ensure the showroom is consistently neat, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with special projects as required.

Profile

We are excited to speak to candidates with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will possess experience within Fashion PR, preferably luxury or agency.

The position requires 5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.

Criteria

• Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study
• Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
• We are open to full-time for Fall 2025 with a start date in August
• Legally authorized to work in the US

Compensation

• Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
• Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour
