Position
You will be part of the Merchandising Team of the Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland region based at the Head-Office in Brussels. You will provide operational Merchandising support to the stores and will gain a deep insight of our network. You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enioy the team spirit of a dynamic and agile team.
Job responsibilities
- Animate and monitor the store network (regular contacts with the stores in order to maintain a link with the head office and facilitate the exchange of information on the activity, share a common vision, etc.)
- Participate to the preparation of retail activations as well as store openings.
- Provide regular feedback to the EMEA team on products, client behavior, competitors, business.
- Adapt tools to local needs for trainings, caravans, etc.
- Participate in the creation an animation of trainings to stores and monthly calls.
- Follow the competition on a regular basis.
- Support the Merchandisers in preparation, coordination or consolidation of any ad hoc reports, projects or events.
- Provide support for any ad-hoc merchandising related operational duties.
Profile
- Strong command of English (knowledge of another regional language is an advantage)
- Strong Proficiency in IT Skills (Excel and MSOffice)
- Previous experience in a related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the fashion industry and key competition
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Reliability, dedication and passion.
Additional information
- Start Date: Internship starting in January 2026 for 6 to 12 months.
- Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium)
- Mandatory: Internship agreement provided by universities.
