The intern will support the Country Learning Manager on a variety of learning activities related to the Italian network of our stores.

Job responsibilities

 

Your mission will be:

• Support the whole Learning Team: support the creation of training materials and e-learning contents, assist in the planning and coordination of training programs, help managing the learning management system(LMS), including user registration, course tracking and KPIs monitoring.
• Internal Communication: be the main point of contact in managing internal communications related to Learning topics and proactively develop new communication initiatives.

• Back Office Activities: support the organization of trainings (contact with suppliers, delegates registrations, logistic aspects) and the development of in-house training programs. Assist in collecting and analysing feedback from training sessions to improve future programs.

• Administrative tasks: Provide administrative support, scheduling sessions, preparing reports and maintaining records.

• Transversal projects: delivery of learning topics and special projects.

Profile

Your assets to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in humanities/economics - Master in HR will be considered a plus
• Previous internship experience in HR/retail would be appreciated
• Fluent English and Italian
• Passion for HR and strong interest in Retail
• Enthusiastic, diplomatic, active listener, hard-working, flexible
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing the eye for details
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Power point, excel, word) and familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, with strong team spirit as well
• Problem solving and “can-do” attitude
• Proactive and innovative mindset (you will have space to take initiatives!)
