Job responsibilities

Stock Management

  • Assist in tracking safety stock levels for fast movers, slow movers, and rare spare parts.
  • Support the follow-up of stock allocation and replenishment to ensure timely availability.
  • Contribute to monitoring spare part flows from France.

Data Analysis & Forecasting

  • Prepare and update reports/KPIs on stock levels and spare part usage.
  • Assist in developing Power BI dashboards and Excel trackers for better visibility of needs.
  • Participate in analyzing trends to help anticipate atelier and market requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide support to atelier and retail teams by gathering feedback and addressing spare part requests.
  • Help facilitate training or knowledge-sharing sessions for retail teams on spare part processes.
  • Collaborate with Care Services & Quality Manager and Spare Parts Specialist on efficiency improvements.

Operations

  • Support reverse logistics or stock cleaning activities where required.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects to ensure smoother spare part management.

Profile

 

  • Organized, Meticulous and Data Oriented.
  • Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
  • Possess a team spirit with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and being accountable with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to present meaning of data in an analytically manner.
  • Microsoft Excel and Power BI knowledge will be good to have. Programming skills (VBA, SQL) and SAP experience will be an advantage.

 

Commitment: Preferably 4 to 6 months
