Private Client Relations Assistant (Dispatched Contract - 3 months)

Position

Support the PCR team by providing operational, documentation, and event execution support, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows during peak project periods under the direction of PCR managers.

Job responsibilities

PCR Operations & Documentation Support

• Support PCR team with documentation and administrative tasks
• Handle PO creation, vendor setup, monthly T&E tracking
• Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and internal documents
• Ensure compliance with finance and internal policies

 Event & Client Experience Support

• Support execution of local & international events as assigned
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and materials under direction of PCR managers
• Liaise with vendors for gifting, treatments, and event supplies
• Support store teams with clear communication and follow-ups

 Team Support

• Provide operational backup to PCR managers during peak periods
• Support cross-team communication (Store / Office / Vendors)

Profile

• Previous experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support
• Fluent in English (working level)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Available for short-term / immediate start
