Position: Retail Performance & Learning Intern – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

In this position you will be part of the Retail team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. Reporting to the Retail Performance Coordinator and Learning Manager, you will support both departments in enhancing the performance and development of our 14 stores across 8 countries.

Job responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

RETAIL PERFORMANCE (70%):

  • Collaborate with the Retail Performance Coordinator to analyze store performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to data-driven insights aimed at enhancing team and store efficiency.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of tools and strategies for improving the in-store experience, performance tracking, and client service delivery.
  • Support the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports used to monitor and evaluate retail operations.
  • Support the stores on creation of budget and suppliers, the placement and follow-up of orders in SAP system.
  • Support the weekly planning and agenda of the Retail Director.
  • Support stores on incident and service requests (creating the requests and following up on them)

LEARNING (30%):

  • Help design and prepare training materials and resources for in-store and virtual learning sessions.
  • Support the learning team on booking travel and accommodation of LV employees assisting to trainings across the region
  • Track and evaluate the impact of coaching and training initiatives with KPI’s, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable results.

Profile

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Human Resources, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English; knowledge of a regional language (Dutch, French, Nordic languages, or Polish) is an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, service-minded, and people-oriented with a team player attitude.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
