Job responsibilities
We are seeking a Team Manager to join our leadership team at our prestigious Newmarket store. This is a pivotal leadership role for an accomplished retail professional who is inspired to make a lasting impact, elevate performance, and shape the next chapter of our client experience.
As a Team Manager, you will play a critical role in upholding the Louis Vuitton promise. You will lead with presence, purpose, and precision, cultivating a high-performing, commercially astute team while fostering a culture rooted in excellence, curiosity, and care. Through your leadership, you will guide clients across the Louis Vuitton product universe, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury service.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be accountable for the success and development of your category, with responsibility across people leadership, client engagement, and commercial performance. Your focus will include:
Leading, inspiring, and developing a team through hands-on coaching and purposeful mentorship
Creating a client-centric culture where long-term relationships and exceptional experiences are paramount
Driving category performance through strategic planning, commercial insight, and agility on the floor
Ensuring best-in-class operational excellence and disciplined execution
Acting as a visible leader on the floor, setting the tone for service, collaboration, and performance
Taking ownership of category operations, budgets, and results, with a clear focus on sustainable growth
Profile
You are an experienced people leader with a proven track record of driving performance in a luxury or premium retail environment. You bring a strong commercial mindset, with experience managing P&L responsibilities or delivering full store or multi-site results. You are confident navigating complexity, identifying opportunity, and inspiring teams to perform at their best.
At Louis Vuitton, titles do not always translate directly. Our leadership roles operate at an exceptionally high standard, requiring influence, ownership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You may come from a background as a Senior Store Manager or Area Manager within luxury or premium retail. What matters most is your potential to grow, your openness to development, and your ambition to build a long-term career within the Maison.
