Job responsibilities

Import & Export Duty-Free Shipment Operations:

  • Handling of Import/Export Processes: Manage the daily air shipment process for merchandise products, coordinating with duty free operator
  • SAP System Processing: Execute inbound and outbound shipment processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy of movement, status, and documentation.
  • CITES Application Coordination: Coordinate CITES application requests with vendors for applicable products and follow up on approval status.
  • Shipment Tracking & Invoice Handling: Track daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery and support issuance of tax invoices for wholesale (duty-free partner) sales.
  • Return Shipment Handling: Support return shipment processing in line with central and zone-level strategies.
  • Non-Merchandise Shipment Management: Support import, shipment, and delivery of non-merchandise items (uniforms, packaging, visual merchandising props, window displays) in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Store Claim Support: Support store stock claim and handle cases by stock type
  • Vendor Communication: Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties.
  • Price Monitoring: Follow up on price updates with stores

Stock Management:

  • Stock Destruction Processing: Managing the destruction of obsolete (OBS), defective (DEF), and shop soiled (SHS) stock within the SAP system and scheduling coordination
  • Non-Sellable Stock Monitoring: Monitor non-sellable stock in alignment with monthly store closing data and assist in preparing annual destruction planning
  • Inventory Status Review: Support monthly store inventory status reviews and basic analysis

Monthly Reporting & Closing:

  • Wholesale Sales Data Consolidation: Support consolidation of monthly wholesale sales data for closing and reporting purposes.
  • Vendor Closing: Assist in the monthly closing process with vendors, including freight forwarders and customs agents.

Profile

  • min 4 years of Logistics experience
  • DF (Retail industry) experience preferred but not mandatory
  • BA degree or above
  • Good command of English, SAP experiences, Good knowledge of Import & Export
